Cornell University Equestrian Team - Region 1 Champions
Of the 11 riders that qualified to compete in the show, the Big Red 12 individual placings. Cornell also had five riders finish in first or second place and will advance to zones.
Vaughan Shanley took first place in both the open fences and the open flat, qualifying for zones in both events. Also competing in the same events was Lena Reeb who placed fifth in the open fences and sixth in the open flat. Additionally, Sophie Harlam rode to a third place in the open flat.
Emily Selland earned a first place finish in intermediate fences to advance to zones and also received honorable mention in the intermediate flat.
Cornell had two rides advance to zones in the novice fences, as Haley Harder took first place and Sam Levkulic took second. Levkulic also took fifth the novice flat, while Jada Davis placed fourth.
Mackenzie Raucher placed first to qualify for zones in the walk trot canter, while Stephanie Introne took seventh.
In addition to zones, the Big Red has the Ivy Show slated in April.
